Wednesday–Thursday entry before 6pm.

9pm entry, smaller groups, welcome drink and extended lounge time in Afterglow.

Groups & accessibility

Booking for ten or more?

Group rates apply automatically for parties of ten or more: £29 per person, any single time slot, booked at least one week ahead. Email groups@pulse-experience.com with your preferred date and headcount.

Access Companion tickets are always free and never count toward group minimums. Guests using a wheelchair or mobility device have step-free access to every room; The Hum's no-strobe viewing gallery is wheelchair accessible with its own sightline to the beam show.

What if I need to reschedule?+

Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your slot — reply to your confirmation email with a new date. Inside 24 hours, we'll do our best but can't guarantee availability.

Are tickets refundable?+

Tickets are exchangeable for a different date at no charge, and refundable in full up to 72 hours before your slot. Inside 72 hours, tickets are exchange-only.

Do I need to print my ticket?+

No — show your confirmation email or text on any phone at the door. Will-call under your last name works too, no ID required for purchases under £200.
