Pricing FAQ.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from account settings. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a tracked event?+
Any call to the Aurora ingestion API — a page view, a button click, a backend event like `order_completed`. Identify calls and warehouse-synced rows are not counted against your event limit.
Is there a free trial?+
Starter and Growth both include a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no card required. Enterprise plans start with a scoped pilot alongside your solutions engineer.
Do unused events roll over?+
No, event allowances reset monthly. If you consistently run over your limit we will let you know before charging overage, never after.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual plans are billed once a year at the discounted monthly rate shown above. You can still add seats or upgrade tiers mid-term; the new rate is prorated for the remainder of your term.
