Naomi Reyes
Co-founder & CEOSpent six years building internal analytics tooling before starting Aurora to make that tooling something every team could buy, not just build.

Aurora started in 2019 as an internal tool at a London logistics company, spun out because three engineers thought every team deserved analytics they didn’t have to double-check.

Naomi, Daniel and Marguerite spent three years building analytics tooling inside a logistics company that had outgrown every off-the-shelf BI tool it tried. The tooling worked so well that other teams inside the company started asking for it by name. In 2019 the three of them left to build it for everyone else.
Seven years later Aurora is a Series C company with 640+ customers, a platform processing more than two billion events a day, and the same founding belief: a metric is only useful if the team looking at it trusts where it came from.

Led the data platform team through three hyper-growth years; designed Aurora’s warehouse-native architecture from the first commit.
Product manager turned founder, obsessed with the gap between "the dashboard exists" and "someone actually trusts the number on it."
