Cut from a single piece of Tunisian olive wood — never glued up from strips — so the grain runs unbroken corner to corner and no two boards are remotely alike. Finished only with food-safe oil, which is why the figure looks wet even when it is dry.

Care+
Hand wash only, dry standing on edge. Re-oil monthly for the first six months, then whenever the surface looks thirsty. Never put olive wood in a dishwasher — it will split.
